Backgound
The collaboration between All.Can and SPCC marks a significant step towards improving cancer care with the launch of the online training course "Efficiency Implementation in Cancer Care Continuum - Data, Metrics, and Best Practices.” This initiative builds on key findings from previous projects, including “Improving Efficiency in Cancer Care” (with SDA Bocconi School of Management) and “Data Driven Cancer Care for Better Outcomes”, which remain freely available on the SPCC e-learning platform, OncoCorner.

The course focuses on implementing more efficient cancer care through data, metrics, and best practices, featuring three educational modules and a live interactive webinar to address challenges, opportunities, and best practices. The goal is to equip participants with actionable knowledge and foster awareness of the critical elements needed to enhance efficiency, inspiring change both locally and globally by influencing policy at national and regional levels.

- understand the importance of measurement and management data to implement a better efficiency in cancer care
- learn from best practices on effective implementation of efficiency in Cancer Care Continuum
- understand the advantages, opportunities and potential development beyond efficiency in cancer care

Outcomes
