Precision oncology in breast cancer: from diagnostics to biomarker-driven treatment strategies
Background
The course will bring together an international faculty of experts to discuss the latest advances in precision oncology for HER2-positive breast cancer, from diagnostic imaging and biomarker identification to personalised treatment strategies and future clinical implementation. Through evidence-based presentations and interactive discussions, participants will gain practical insights into translating emerging evidence into multidisciplinary clinical practice.

Learning Objectives
- To review current and emerging diagnostic approaches in HER2-positive breast cancer.
- To discuss the role of biomarkers in patient selection and treatment planning.
- To explore personalised treatment strategies, including escalation and de-escalation approaches.
- To examine the clinical implementation of biomarker-driven precision oncology.

Main Topics
- Precision diagnostics in breast cancer
- Diagnostic biomarkers and patient selection
- Personalised treatment strategies in HER2-positive breast cancer
- Escalation and de-escalation strategies
- HER2DX and biomarker-driven clinical decision-making
- Future perspectives in precision oncology

Accreditation and Certificates
Application for CME accreditation has been submitted to the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE).
Participants who fulfil the accreditation requirements (minimum attendance, completion of the evaluation questionnaire and learning assessment) will receive a certificate of attendance by email.
